We enjoyed the facilities and also the nice view at the beach area.

Good place for family vacation and it has a good facilities with kids friendly.

Too long the waiting time for check in due to the room was not ready. And it’s took almost a 1hr for us to check in. The rest all are good.

for first time travel with little kid..overall is okey

the swimming pool was really-really nice. we have so much fun as the swimming pool was huge and the water temperature was warm and nice! the room was nice. the view also nice.

i eat at restaurant for lunch..and order the nasi goreng for both of us (husband and wife).. but the shrimp got a smelly and the latte wasn't like latte (taste like u order nescafe ais). for the bathroom, the bidet we use without the bidet head. it difficult for me to bath and wash my baby.

Overall, nice and absolutely will come again

I like the pool very much clean n nice pool, safe for the kids. The lifeguards are on eyes all the times, really aware of the surroundings that we feel so safe insyaAllah. The view of the beach from the pool is very nice. The place is so calm n peaceful️

1. The room is quite dusty, 'tahi cicak' is on the wall edge. Need to refurbish as it looks quite old. 2. The pool access is REALLY far and has just one entrance.Not friendly user. Once asked, they replied that they need to do it in order to prevent the outsider. But I think it's good enough as we have to wear a wrist band to enter the pool so they able to identify the people generally. Or otherwise maybe just open another entrance n place the guard as per scheduled.

The property is in good location, all staff very nice

I reserve family suite, water in bathroom: if I take shower other bathroom no have water, humid and mold in bathroom cockroach in bed , poor cleanliness, no breakfast

Beautiful beachfront

Clean toilets. Beautiful beachfront and garden area near the palace wing and traditional chalets.

Dark corridors and stairways. Building needs repainting. Some plants and bushes need pruning. Mow the lawn near the cafe site.

Beautiful setting and great opportunities to see turtles and fireflies nearby.

Food was good, close to a beautiful beach, lovely traditional chalets. Great plants and wildlife.

A little tired now, could do with some refurbishments and updating.

The staff was really nice and friendly even if it was hard to communicate. The pool was beautiful.

Location is far from cherating center we need to take a taxi every time which cost 30 RM. Most of staff don't speak English very well

Just good enough for 1 night.

Huge resort which happened to be quite empty when we went there (August) so had a bit of an air of abandoned. The restaurant was not open, the spa does not exist. Clean enough room, so good enough to spend one night if you are on the way somewhere.

Overall, this hotel is value for money and is suitable for everyone.

Clean and spacious room, air-cond working well, clean swimming pool.

Hotel should arrange for beach-fun activities and indoor activities. No bottled drinking water provided in room, we were given 2 bottles only after we requested. Housekeeping service should be done in the morning instead of knocking at the door at 5 pm when we were resting.

though the site is OK but sadly the name does not up to expectation

family suite room 109....both toilet flush system problem...TV sound problem...Phone not working...NO IRON in the suite...was asked to go down at public area to use common Iron... Complained BUT no action taken...

Old room - need a revamp. There's a room service menu provided, but we could not order because our room doesn't have telephone and it is located on separate block from the main building (front desk). No complimentary drinking water.

I liked the services that had given by your staff.

Facilities in the room is bad.I did not satisfied with that.There were not had mineral water.Normally the room in the other place had that...Beside that,the price of the room was quite expensive..
