Good stay with family
We get Family Suit for 4 people, quite spacious can fit another 2 adults. It's comfortable except for old furniture and a 'slippery' sofa. Basic accommodations such as shower shampoo can be improved in the future. Suggest providing basic utensils since it is a Family Suite. Breakfast is basic and enough to make the day. Location is quite far from town, have to drive out about 20-30 min. Good for people who want privacy except when it holiday season. This place can be packed with people. Overall our stay here is good.
Can be packed with people when holiday season, their restaurant full, house no place to sit. Btw, they only have one restaurant, no convenience shop, you have to drive out if need to get something from a shop.

the ambiance. the cleanliness was good. warm staff. fast response. easy parking. the bed were super comfortable. air conditioning were good. the pool were good too. our kids were enjoying their stay in HVC.
stayed in room 107. pls fix the toilet pipe. it is so annoying when u press the toilet pipe, the water from the pipe burst everywhere. pls put more garbage bin inside the room. or maybe the housekeeper can change the plastik once a day / when needed. we stay for 2 nights. the housekeeper were only chnge the plastic bin. no toiletries top up. no tidy up the room even we asked for it. your local staff were okay. but the foreigner staff need to practice more on bahasa or english. put more light in room please
